Price of the tour is given in the itinerary of respective tour.

There will be two different prices. One with start and return to Nynaeshamn, outside Stockholm and one if you join i Krakow (Poland) and leave in Warsaw.

 

Application fee is 600 SEK (approximately 55€) You shall deduct this amount when making the final payment. Single room supplement is 1200 SEK (pay together with final payment). All payments in SEK, please

Your participation is confirmed only when the advance payment is received. Final payment should be with me one month before start of the tour.

 

Price includes:

• Qualified tour leadership by a Ukranian active in volunteering work .

• She will receive us in the railway station in L´viv. You will later have her What´s App phone number.

• All transports from and return to Nynäshamn. Or from Krakow, return to Warsaw.

• Local transports and entries.

• All accommodation during the tour.

• Food is not included.

• The economical surplus of the tour will be donated to Ukraine.

I am organizing these tours as a private individual. As a participant you pay me. There is no company, nor organization that could be questioned or blamed if the tour is not carried out exactly as planned. Something that is impossible to guarantee. Of course, much depends on how the war develops. I am happy to give references to people who have been on the tours, several have been on more than one.

This arrangement is based entirely on trust. The same trust that is the basis for all our support for Ukraine. The money left over from the trip will be sent to Ukraine. Both my wife and I will participate and pay the same amount as the other travelers.

 

The tour leader is herself a volunteer worker. You will receive her contact information after registration.

Donations and Bankomats (ATM)

You may like to make donations to some of the organizations we meet on the tour. It is a lot easier to do this on the spot, compared to transferring money from home. You easily get the local currency Hryvnia from your bankcard. ATMs are found everywhere in the cities.

 

Updates and more details of the tour will later be added. Changes to this itinerary can be made at any time, as improvements or depending on the security situation.

 

Do not give any information of dates, whereabouts, hotels on the Internet while in Ukraine.
