For more  than 20 years I have used a blog on Wordpress. Well over a hundred postings are still there from many odd corners of the world. Now I start doing this here instead. A lot easier for me and hopefully you get my reports with less delay. This time I write in English. Broken English, but believe you will get it.

Lately we have seen massive Russian attacks on Ukrainian cities.

Considering the hundreds of drones and missiles used, it is 

still both pleasing and surprising that the number of dead

and injured is relatively low. 217 civilians killed in July is after

all less than one might think when we see the media reporting.

Ukraine has 45 million inhabitants and is almost twice the size

of Germany. Ukranians have lived with war for 3,5 years.

We go there for 10 days.

Unfortunately, as a consequence four people have cancelled

One has been joined and our small group will only be12 people.

Otherwise, everything is booked and ready to travel. Traveling to Ukraine now is probably the strongest expression of showing solidarity.
